Abaca convert into Textile

Do you know that we can make a shirt, skirt, sandal, or hat by using Abaca Fibre?
Actually, abaca has their familiar name which is banana leaf. This is not similar as you see out from your house windows in Malaysia. In Philippines, they used to call it as Manila Hemp.

Abaca has a bit different compared to the banana leaf that we used to see in Malaysia.
It is planted in humid areas including in the Philippines and East of Indonesia.

Besides, abaca is considered as the strongest of natural fibres because of the length of the fibre itself. That's why it is used in making a rope.
The products of abaca fibre after several processes are shown below.
We have several kind of products such as apparel, tea bag, rope, and household. Abaca also has been used for making the car interior.

So, its good for you to identify what type of fibre that it used to make your cloths. If you can imagine it.
