Hi, this was my diploma graduation day that held in UiTM Shah Alam several months ago. I have awarded "Anugerah Naib Cansellor" so I need to wear that selempang pink as you can see in the picture below. Even though you got this award, but bare in mind that your PTPTN loan (if you are involved) still need to be paid because this is not degree, its diploma. Again, diploma holder really need to pay all of their loan no matter how excellent you are.

Denim or as known as Jeans that you have in your cupboard right now is made from cotton fibre.   Do you know that? It comes from bale form after the harvest took place and it goes to the blowroom process in the factory to be opened, cleaned, and mixed all them together.   There are several types of cotton fibre in one bales. So the quality of the product later on is according to their types of fibre. After the blowroom process, the fibre will be sent to carding machine and during this process, the fibres will be more parallel, cleaned, and blended.   After blowroom and carding is combing (optional). Combing process occurred to straighten the hooks from the fibre and eliminate all the dust and short fibre so it become more clean and parallel. You will get a finer and high quality of yarn later.     Do you know that we can make a shirt, skirt, sandal, or hat by using Abaca Fibre? Actually, abaca has their familiar name which is banana leaf. This is not similar as you see out from your house windows in Malaysia.   During my childhood, I used to dream about being a great fashion designer like Rizalman Ibrahim, Datuk Radzuan Radziwill, and Rizman Ruzaimi.   When we talk about green, the first picture in my head is Leaf. Why? Because it is green. How about when it comes to fashion, the green in the apparel. We call it as eco fashion.     Eco fashion is the cloths that are made from organics as raw materials. Cotton is one of the cellulose category that are grown without pesticides. Besides, the eco fashion is free from any of harmful chemicals and bleaches to colour fabrics or we call it as dyeing.   In addition, the eco fashion are always made from the reused and recycle fabrics. A high quality of fabric can be produced by the second hand of the fabrics. The cost will be much lower than the first one. Insomnia or as known as sleeplessness is not a kind of disease. Every people will suffer from this insomnia at least once in their life. There are several stages of insomnia. Insomnia lasting one week or less may be termed transient insomnia ; short-term insomnia lasts more than one week but resolves in less than three weeks; and long-term or chronic insomnia lasts more than three weeks. This is due to my research because I got the difficulty to sleep during my final exam early in this month. I was exactly don't know what to do when its turn to night and midnight and morning. I felt tired and sleepy but I just could'nt close my eyes. At dawn, I could sleep. Too many ways I had done to be back to my normal life, but the result was still the same. The most favourite flower of mine is Lavender. Why? Their fragrance reconcile my soul. It smells so nice and make me feel calm and peace all the time. Im in love with them. In the language of flowers, lavender flowers denote purity, silence, devotion and caution. Besides, the colour of Lavender is Violet and its also one of my fav colour. I love all kind of things that relate to this flower. I recently suffered from insomnia at my hostel during my exam for about a week. However, I found that lavender aroma helped prevent the sleep problems besides eating banana and drink a glass of milk before going to sleep. For centuries, people have valued lavender flowers for their healing properties. The scent of lavender flowers is soothing, and promotes relaxation and sound sleep.
